Plan out your week by writing down items such as work, meal times and social events for each day of the week. Now enter your workouts and exercises into the plan. Once you are satisfied with your weekly plan, post it up somewhere you can see it, so you can refer to it each day. Now all you have to do is make sure you follow your plan and remember it is the path leading you to your health and fitness goals.
